We also offer an all in fee of €1,500 to sellers of residential property irrespective of the sale price. This fee includes the professional fee, commissioner for oaths fees, other outlays relating to the sale and vat.
We also offer an all in fee of €1,000 for remortgages. This fee includes the professional fee, commissioner for oaths fees, registration fees and vat.
